Please read all the conditions below carefully before opening an account on this platform. By completing registration, you are considered to have agreed to all these conditions.
These terms and conditions were last revised in June 2025. In the event of any changes, this page shall be considered the final document.
General Provisions
This document forms a legal agreement between the joya platform and its users. Registering on joya, logging into an account, or using any service means the user has read all clauses of these terms and conditions and has agreed to abide by them.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If a user disagrees with any condition, they should refrain from using the platform. joya reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page.

Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on joya and participate in any casino or betting activity. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. joya may request proof of age verification at any time, and an account may be suspended or closed if sufficient proof cannot be provided.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balance in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration — including name, mobile number and date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
2.4 Account Security
Users are obliged to keep their login credentials confidential. If a password or username is disclosed to a third party, the user bears full responsibility. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, contact customer support immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal
bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits and withdrawals on joya. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. All withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
- All transactions must use a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
- Completing account verification (KYC) is mandatory before requesting a withdrawal.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited; such transactions will be cancelled.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.
- joya reserves the right to place a hold on transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if account verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotions
joya's bonus offers are designed for users' benefit, but they must be used in accordance with specific conditions. A welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
4.1 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer has separate wagering conditions, which should be read before claiming the offer.
- It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time; the conditions of the previous bonus must be met before claiming the next one.
- A bonus may be restricted to a specific game or category; details will be stated in each offer.
- If fraud is suspected, joya reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.2 Wagering Example
For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus at 150%, bringing their total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus portion, they must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
Game Rules and Fairness
All games and sports betting sections on joya operate according to defined rules. Game outcomes are determined by technical systems and joya does not manipulate results.
- Each game has specific rules that should be understood before starting to play.
- If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
- If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, joya's decision regarding the related bet is final.
- If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed.
Prohibited Activities
The account of any user involved in any of the following activities will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:
- Abusing the bonus system, such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Playing games or placing bets using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting hacking, phishing or any cyber attack on the platform.
- Threatening, harassing or deceiving another user.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
If evidence of prohibited activity is found, joya may be required to provide information to law enforcement authorities.
Personal Data and Privacy
joya places great importance on protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration or transactions is used solely for platform operation and service improvement. The detailed policy on data collection, storage and use is described on our Privacy Policy page.
- Users' personal data is not sold to third parties.
- All data is transferred securely via SSL encryption.
- Information required for age and identity verification is retained.
- Data may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law.
Responsible Gaming
joya believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. The platform encourages users to set their own limits and play within them. Users can activate deposit limits or a temporary break on their account.

Account Closure and Suspension
joya may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of bonus fraud or harm to the platform.
- The user themselves requests account closure.

Limitation of Liability
joya is not responsible for losses arising from technical errors, internet disconnection or third-party service failures. The user is solely responsible for ensuring their own internet connection and device functionality.
joya will not use this clause to avoid liability for harm caused to users through fraudulent intent or deliberate negligence. However, joya will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Dispute Resolution and Contact
Any dispute relating to these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a user submits a complaint to customer support, joya will endeavour to provide an initial response within 72 hours.

joya reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. This document is written in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any clause is found legally void, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
